PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of a child seat can suppress deterioration of appearance around hook and tether anchor in a tether belt, also when installing the child seat, and effectively suppress mixture of dust and fall objects, etc. around the tether anchor. SOLUTION: A belt fitting portion 6 for fitting the tether belt 2 drawn from the child seat 1 is provided in a rear part of a rearmost part seat 4 of an automobile 3. The belt fitting portion 6 includes the tether anchor 62 for locking the hook 21 of the tether belt 2 and a tether cover 7 for covering the tether anchor 62. The tether cover 7 is rotatably provided at a closed position for covering the tether anchor 62 and an opened position for exposing the tether anchor 62. The tether cover 7 is held at the opened position when locking hook 21 on the tether anchor 62 and is held at the closed position in a locked state of the hook 21 on the tether anchor 62.
