PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle traveling controller, a vehicle traveling control method and a vehicle traveling control program, achieving follow-up control of one's own vehicle after specifying a driving tendency of a preceding vehicle. SOLUTION: This vehicle traveling controller 10 has: a driving state information acquisition part 12a acquiring driving state information related to a driving state of a prescribed period of the preceding vehicle traveling ahead the own vehicle 1; a driving tendency specification part 12b specifying the driving tendency of the preceding vehicle based on the driving state information acquired in the driving state information acquisition part 12a; and a follow-up control part 12c performing the follow-up control of the own vehicle 1 to the preceding vehicle based on the driving tendency of the preceding vehicle specified in the driving tendency specification part 12b.
