<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of highly efficiently regenerating inorganic particles usable for coating pigment or the like, from paper sludge. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing inorganic particles by: heat-treating a starting material containing paper sludge to obtain a calcined product; and dispersing the calcined product with a high-shear dispersion machine having a circumferential speed of 10 m/s or more, polycarboxylate is used as a dispersant and a TI value of dispersed slurry which is adjusted is 10 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
