PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring unit capable of suppressing characteristic impedance fluctuation caused by the move of the front end of a flexible board. SOLUTION: The flexible wiring unit 100 includes the longitudinally flexible board 50 having a signal interconnect 30 exchanging signals with an external circuit, a front insulating layer 20 and a back insulating layer 40 holding the signal interconnect 30 between them, and a shield layer 10 laminated on the upper surface of the front insulating layer 20, a non-conductive board spacer 62 set opposite to the undersurface of the back insulating layer 40, and a supporting member 61 which supports one of longitudinal ends of the flexible board 50. The other longitudinal end of the flexible board 50 is allowed to move. The distance (Z) from the back surface of the supporting member 61 to the signal interconnect 30 is determined to be larger than the distance (X) from the undersurface of the shield layer 10 to the signal interconnect 30.
