PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colorless glass ceramic cooking face with a coating, giving a black aspect, made opaque together with glass ceramic, having transmittance of <1% in a visible light region, having color stability to a thermal load, drawable at a sharp contour in a display region, and satisfying the other using properties required as a cooking face or an inspection window in combination with glass ceramic. SOLUTION: Upon the production of a glass ceramic plate, the ratio of noble metals in a noble metal-prepared material is increased, the noble metal composition and metal composition in the noble metal-prepared material are changed, and certain fixed co-firing conditions are taken into consideration.
