<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscular exercise outfit which tightens the muscle of the buttocks by the function of a gluteus maximus muscle, prevents stumbling, makes legs and the waist strong, makes a flow of blood smooth, and prevents a lower limb varix when the exercise is done with a rubber belt put on the part of the toe. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The muscular exercise outfit utilizing the rubber belt and a rotary board is used by handling the caster-equipped rotary board which is provided for setting the legs thereon and the elastic rubber belt which is obtained by the hand.
