PURPOSE: A rice drying prevention device for an electric pressure heating cooker is provided to prevent rice from being dried and the taste from being changed by suppressing moisture evaporation. CONSTITUTION: A rice drying prevention device for an electric pressure heating cooker comprises a body(110) of a circular plate inserted into an inner pot(13). The body has a handle(120), a leg(130), and an automatic regulator(140). The handle is formed on the upper side of the body. The leg part maintains constant horizontality and intervals to the bottom of the inner pot on a bottom side of the main body. The automatic regulator adjusts pressure between the inner pot and the body at the one side of the body. |
