PURPOSE: A structure improving a door frame of chassis frame made of aluminum or synthetic resin is provided to prevent noise and foreign material and protect a rail by improving a sill of the door frame. CONSTITUTION: A structure improving a door frame of chassis frame made of aluminum or synthetic resin comprises a rail housing(W), a front surface(14a), an apron surface(14b) and a middle surface(14c). The rail receiving part has the fixed width and has a rail(12) protruding to the center part. The front surface is formed one side(F) of a side wall(14) and is horizontally extended as the same height as the rail. The apron surface is curve-cut downwardly to the opposite direction of the rail. The middle surface is extended to as same height of the front surface and is formed on the other side(R) of the side wall.
