PURPOSE: A skin care device is provided, which improves chitin removal efficiency remarkably by removing chitin using a vibrating chitin removal board. CONSTITUTION: A skin care device comprises a supporter(110) of the conductive material; a vibrating delivery body(150) of the conductive material which is treated by an insulating member(121); first and second piezoelectric elements(141,142) which are arranged between a supporter and a vibrating delivery body in parallel with the vibration direction; first and second piezoelectric elements(131,132) which conducts first and second piezoelectric elements; a chitin removal board which is connected to the vibrating delivery body; and a case which protects the chitin removal board.
