The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave absorber. According to the present invention, the electromagnetic wave absorber includes: a base substrate (100) formed with a dielectric body; multiple conductive patterns (200) disposed on one side of the base substrate (100); a conductive surface (300) disposed on the other side of the base substrate (100); and a variable resistance (400) electrically connecting multiple conductive patterns (200) and of which a resistance value is varied.
