<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacture cost of components by reducing components as much as possible to be disposed as defectives by tolerance determined to be adapted to a normal random assembly system when combining at least two components to manufacture an assembly. <P>SOLUTION: A component supply device 20 measures a predetermined part of a component A supplied therefrom, which is related when combining the component A with another component B, determines a difference between the measured value and a reference value for the measurement part, and sorts the component A into a category corresponding to the size of the difference. Further, the component supply device 20 successively supplies the component A to a component assembly line 30, the component A belonging to the category corresponding to the difference for which a total with the difference of the other component B belonging to the category of a combination object becomes a prescribed threshold or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
