<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the loosening of a belt at proper timing. <P>SOLUTION: A power generator for a vehicle includes: a generator 10 which generates power by using the prime mover torque of a prime mover; a torque transmission means composed of the belt 33 or the like which connects an output shaft of the prime mover and a rotating shaft of the generator 10; a vehicle driving force control means 20a which adjusts a load applied on the output shaft of the prime mover, and controls the driving force of the vehicle by controlling the generator torque of the generator 10; a belt elongation amount estimation means 20b which obtains the information of an elongation amount of the belt 33; a belt state determination means 20c which determines the presence of the loosening of the belt 33 on the basis of the elongation amount of the belt 33; a belt loosening elimination means 20d which increases the generator torque of the generator 10 according to target generator torque when the belt 33 is loosened; and a belt loosening elimination command value setting means 20e which sets the gain-reduced target generator torque when the vehicle is driven such that the deceleration speed of the vehicle associated with an increase of the generator torque is increased to a level at which the deceleration speed is liable to be sensed by a driver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
