<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To much more precisely estimate evaluation for the content of a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A predictive evaluation value computing unit 25 performs an operation by using an estimated expression using a collaborative filtering algorithm to a user evaluation matrix made up of an evaluation value indicating an evaluation as to each of a plurality of previously registered users with respect to a plurality of previously registered contents. Then, the predictive evaluation value computing unit 25 obtains a predictive evaluation matrix by subjecting each of temporary predictive evaluation matrix obtained by an operation using a plurality of the estimated expressions to linear combination by using a linear combination coefficient. The predictive evaluation matrix includes the predictive evaluation value as the estimation value of the evaluation value of content which has not been evaluated by the user.
