The invention relates to water closet toilets that comprise a bowl (7), water supply means connected to the bowl (7) and to a water distribution network or tank, a receptacle (14) for the matter to be discharged, connected to a downstream discharge duct (22), characterised in that the matter discharge receptacle (14) is mounted so as to be capable of tilting between a first position, in which it retains the matter, and a second position allowing the discharge thereof. The receptacle (14) is mounted so as to be capable of tilting, and has a shape and a volume such that it moves from the first rest position, in which it holds the matter, to the discharge position as soon as the liquid and matter level in the receptacle (14) exceeds a given level or volume. Upon each use, a water amount of about one litre, half a litre or a third of a litre is flushed into the receptacle (14) via the bowl. The receptacle (14) has abase made of two faces to the front (17) and the rear (18) at an angle to each other. The faces (17, 18) alternatively rest on the base of the body (3) of the WC according to the position of the receptacle (14). |
