PURPOSE: A hand-held vision training apparatus is provided, which increases recovery of eyesight by promoting eye movement and promotes adjustment of eyeball. CONSTITUTION: A hand-held vision training apparatus is equipped with a plurality of multicolor luminescence diodes emitting red or blue light. The cover is made of synthetic resin, surrounds the multicolor luminescence diode, and sends light radiated from the multicolor luminescence diode to the outside. A connector(3) formed into a pipe shape and made of the synthetic resin interlinks a plurality of covers. A button unit including lots of buttons is connected to the cover(2). A controller controlling a plurality of multicolor luminescence diodes is connected to buttons of the button member and multicolor luminescence diodes and is built in the button member.
