PURPOSE: A cable reel device with a slip function is provided to minimize the tension and impact by installing a magnet coupling with the slip function between a brake motor and a reducer. CONSTITUTION: A cable reel device with a slip function comprises an operating unit(22), a controller(20), a braking motor(16), a slip coupling member(14), a reducer(8), a reel(6) and a cable(4). The controller is connected to the operating part. The braking motor is connected to the controller. The slip coupling member is connected to the braking motor, causes slip phenomenon and delivers the power. The reducer is connected through the slip coupling member and driving shaft(12) and decelerates the power. The reel rotates and is connected to a driven shaft(10) of the reducer. The cable is rolled in the reel.
