PURPOSE: A tether-twist prevention structure of an air bag cushion of a front passenger seat is provided to prevent trembling and folding of a tether when unfolding. CONSTITUTION: A tether-twist prevention structure of an air bag cushion(20) of a front passenger seat comprises a tether(30). The tether is wound in an inflator(10) built-in in a passenger seat dashboard of a vehicle. The tether controls the air bag cushion. The air bag cushion is expanded with the gas generated from the inflator. The tether is connected to the both ends of the inner surface of the air bag cushion. The thickness of the both side end point of the tether is increased in the expansion direction of the tether.
