<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit-type sterilization system which is prefab to be assembled and disassembled freely at the passage and the doorway connecting between an existing isolation ward and a general ward, and sterilizes in order to prevent the infection to people and scattering to the exterior caused by the germ traffic between the above wards. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This unit comprises wall bodies 6-9 on a passage 1 and a doorway of a building, forming a passage space R having a rough opening-shaped size of the cross section where a person can pass through, internal and external shielding bodies such as an opening and closing door and an air curtain mounted on the front and rear opening parts of the above passage space R, and a means 10 for spraying a nontoxic bactericidal drug liquid such as sodium hypochloride in the space R. The passage space R as a bactericidal space is formed by assembling the wall bodies 6-9 and the internal and external shielding bodies at the passage 1 connecting the wards, wherein the spraying means 10 is set to spray the bactericidal water to the bactericidal space R and operated at proper timing, and various bacteria adhering and existing on a person is sterilized.
