PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional press forming that a single plate of a high-strength material is hardly integrally formed to a bend member. SOLUTION: Folds A1, A2, B1, ..., B4 are formed in a blank 100 part corresponding to an in-section folded part of a bend member. Cuts C1, ..., C4 are formed in a plate part corresponding to a side face of a "V-shaped" bend part 30. Further, the blank is folded along the folds in the press-bending work. A folded product is bent so that a part of the cuts are inscribed with a part of the folded parts, and a bend member is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
