PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce oil consumption in a combined oil ring including an oil ring having upper and lower rails structured integrally at an outer circumferential side of the oil ring to slide at up and lower portions thereof on a cylinder wall. SOLUTION: This combined oil ring 1 includes the oil ring 2 having upper and lower rails structured integrally at an outer circumferential side of the oil ring to slide at up and lower portions thereof on a cylinder 10 wall, and a coil expander 3 installed at an inner circumferential side of the oil ring 2 to press the oil ring 2 radially outwards, and includes a side rail 4 installed at an upper side of the oil ring 2 and having no torsion along an axial direction of the oil ring.
