SOLUTION: Regarding an analytical chip, its method for manufacturing and an analysis method, the analytical chip is manufactured by fixing gold particles of rod shape to the substrate by the mutual action of water-soluble polymers and modifying a capture substance producing a specific reaction to a target substance which is a substance to be detected, on the substrate, and for example, the analysis method includes dipping the analytical chip in a sample solution, including the target substance and detecting the target substance in the sample solution as an absorption spectrum change of localized surface plasmon resonance of the analytical chip by the specific bonding of the capture substance and target substance.
