Drive assembly causes first and second rollers to rotate, wherein portions of first and second rollers into contact and out of contact within enclosing vessel as the first and second rollers rotate. First roller has a surface at least partially of a first triboelectric material and second roller has a surface at least partially of a second triboelectric material, first triboelectric material having a negative triboelectric potential relative to second triboelectric material.
