The present invention relates to a medical device for anorectal diagnostic analyses and, in particular, it relates to a multifunctional anoscope. Particularly, the present invention relates to a medical device (1) comprising retractor means (2) adapted to be inserted within and to hold a patient's anorectal canal patulous, and inserting means (3) adapted to promote the insertion of said device (1) in said anorectal canal, characterized in that said medical device (1) further comprises reversibly inflatable means (4) apt to apply a pressure on the walls of said anorectal canal in a controlled manner.
