PURPOSE: A manhole with a fastener is provided to fix a lid of the manhole to the main body adamantly. CONSTITUTION: A manhole with a fastener(12) comprises a main body and a lid. The main body has the fastener and an insertion hole(13). The fastener is formed in the side of circumference and has a fastening bar(11). The insertion hole is formed in one side of the fastener. The lid has a latch and a fastening knob. The latch is corresponded to the insertion hole of the main body. The fastening knob is formed to one side of the latch and a coupling groove. The coupling groove is connected to the fastening bar.
