PURPOSE: An electronic paper display device is provided to obtain a excellent light detection while maintain a dark current by recognizing the light projected on an electronic paper electrically. CONSTITUTION: In an electronic paper display device, a driver circuit and an image sensor circuit are built in within a pixel on a substrate. An image sensor circuit includes an image sensing element, a switching element, and a sensor capacitor. A source electrode and a gate electrode are connected to a power supply voltage electrode. A gate electrode is connected to the gate signal line, and the source electrode is connected to a readout data line. The sensor capacitor is connected to a drain electrode of a switching element and electrodes between power voltages.
