PURPOSE: A method and a kit for diagnosing cancer through analysis for measuring glypican-3 is provided to accurately measure various samples. CONSTITUTION: A kit for cancer diagnosis has a strip for immunochromatography. The strip for immunochromatography comprises: a sample pad in which a sample is absorbed; a conjugate pad which binds with glypican-3 in the sample; a reaction membrane comprising a test line and control line; an absorption pad in which residual sample is absorbed; and a support. A method for diagnosing glypican-3 through immune dot assay comprises: a step of dotting with biological sample; a step of reacting glypican-3 specific antibody on a membrane; and a step of adding secondary antibody.
