<p>The cylinder has a body (2) drilled with a bore relative to an axis (6) of the cylinder. A primary piston (4) slides in the bore and defines a primary chamber (7). The piston has an orifice emerging in a wall (17) formed by the bore and in the chamber. A primary sealing joint (18) is housed in a groove of the wall and closes the passage of brake liquid across the orifice by cooperating with the piston. The piston has recesses (24, 27) formed in upstream of the orifice along a forward direction of the piston in braking phase, where the joint cooperates with the piston via the recesses.</p>
