<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepped hole processing tool capable of making a hole on a base plate without using a tool such as scissors and a hole saw, and simply and surely making a stepped hole by performing step-processing on a peripheral edge portion of the hole. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The stepped hole processing tool includes a fixed die 10 in which a die-receiving section 12 is formed by making a base 11 recessed while leaving an upper face periphery of the base 11 and an edge-receiving section 13 is formed inside the die-receiving section 12 and a support bar 15 having a sharp section 14 on a pointed head is stood up at the center of the edge-receiving section 13, and a movable die 20 in which a die-pushing section 22 facing the die-receiving section 12 is formed by projecting while leaving a lower face periphery of a base section 21 and an edge section 23 is formed inside the die-receiving section 22 and an insertion hole 24 capable of being inserted by the support bar 15 is arranged at the center of the edge section 23. The edge section 23 of the movable die 20 can be connected with the edge-receiving section 13 of the fixed die 10. After a hole is arranged on the base plate T, a time difference is provided so as to perform step-processing on a peripheral edge portion of the hole by fitting the die-pushing section 22 of the movable die 20 into the die-receiving section 12 of the fixed die 10.
