<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation terminal that suppresses wrong reception of optical signal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A housing 3 has window holes 321, which correspond to each one of two optical communication portions stored in the housing 3, respectively for receiving optical signals, and make the optical signals from the front side of the housing 3 be incident on reception light receiving/emitting portions 23 of the corresponding optical communication portions. On the internal wall of the housing 3, a signal barrier is provided which stops the optical signals from being incident on the right and the left light receiving/emitting portions 23 from the right and the left window holes 321.
