The device has a material substrate i.e. coating (17), surrounding a set of protection envelopes (11), where each protection envelope is arranged in a manner to house a light source i.e. LED (1), such that the light is diffused from an outer surface of the substrate. The coating is applied on a support around the protection envelopes so as to diffuse the light from the outer surface of the covering, where the coating material includes resin, polymer and elastomer. The envelopes are sealed opposite to the material at fluid state, and the sources are mounted on a metallic plate (3). An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a light device.
