PURPOSE: A basalt stone plate for supporting raw fish and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which can maintain freshness of raw fish for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the basalt stone plate for supporting raw fish comprises a step to make a base plate(10) by processing the basalt raw ore in the plate form; a step to shape a protrusion(11) which has the certain size and shape on the upper side of the base plate by filling a hole of the molding frame with silicon dioxide flower and glaze after installing a molding frame which has lots of holes in the top surface of the base plate; and a step to heat-treat the base plate in the furnace at the constant temperature for a certain time.
