PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing functional PP spun yarns is provided to manufacture high functional PP spun yarns and PP cotton with silver, anions, or natural minerals. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing functional PP spun yarns includes the following steps of: manufacturing silver liquid by dissolving silver halide of 100g, distilled water of 300ml, alcohol of 500ml and citric acid of 200g; manufacturing a silver anion pigment composition by mixing silver liquid of 100g, silver ion powder of 100g, and inorganic pigment powder of 300g; manufacturing nano silver anion pigment M/B by mixing pigment compositions of 200g, and masterbatch manufacturing resin composition of 800g; spinning yarns of 2 deniers; manufacturing the functional Pp fiber by cutting spinning yarn to 20 ~ 40 mm; and manufacturing the PP spun yarns.
