PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an image which seems to have been picked up from the front by correcting an image of an object of photography. SOLUTION: A digital camera 1 is equipped with a CPU and an image processor. The image processor acquires a contour from an image obtained by photographing a white plate 2 as an object of photography by using a Roberts filter. The image processor detects straight lines as candidates forming the image of the white plate 2 from the acquired contour to acquire a quadrangular shape of the white plate 2. The image processor obtains projection parameters showing the relationship between the image of the white plate 2 and the actual white plate 2 from vertex positions of the quadrangle to perform projection conversion of the image of the white plate 2. The image processor records the resulting image data in an image file on a memory card as an external storage medium. Further, the CPU records the obtained projection parameters and parameters for image effect correction used for image effect processing, in the image file. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
