APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING PRESURE OF FUEL FOR BI FUEL CAR

PURPOSE: An FPS control device of a bi-fuel vehicle is provided to prevent the excessiveness fuel injection by durability weakening of a fuel pressure regulator during the initial fuel injection. CONSTITUTION: An FPS control device of a bi-fuel vehicle comprises a fuel tank(1), a pressure controller(30), a fuel distributor(40), a gas injector(50) and an interface unit(60). The fuel tank stores the gas fuel as the compression state. The gas fuel discharged from the fuel tank through a fuel shut-off valve moves into the pressure controller. The pressure controller discharges the gas fuel with the depressurized pressure less than a critical value. The fuel distributor distributes the fuel of fixed quantity to an intake manifold of an engine(3). The gas injector sprays the distributed fuel of the fuel distributor into a combustion chamber of the engine intake manifold. The interface unit controls the fuel distributor based on a pressure signal. A fuel rail is installed between the pressure controller and the gas injector.
