<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roll which satisfies the criteria of small conductivity changes with respect to environmental changes, having stabilized conductivity, Asker hardness, resistance value, and density. <P>SOLUTION: Polyurethane foam is made by foam curing the polyurethane foaming composition, which is a mixture of organic poly isocyanate, plyol, catalyst, foaming agent, and conductive material with inert gas, after mechanically stirring them. The conductive material contains ionic conductive agent (E1), containing either potassium bis (trifluoromethane sulfonyl)imide or lithium bis (trifluoromethane sulfonyl)imido, or both. The Asker stiffness of the conductive roll is C5°-C80°, the resistance is 1×10<SP>4</SP>-1×10<SP>8</SP>Ω, and the mass density of the polyurethane foam is 0.1-0.8 g/cm<SP>3</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
