Installation for pressure testing of equipment relates to oil-and-gas machine-building and is used for hydraulic testing of equipment operating under high pressure on tightness and strength and tightness of its body parts. Installation has body, pressure multiplier placed in it, drive, tank, filters, collector, system for control of installation, control-measuring apparatuses and pipelines, additionally it has filling block that includes electric motor, pump and hydro-tank, hydro-system is divided to working and pressure systems this additionally has tank for pressing liquid and fine purification filter. Working liquid for drive of pressure multiplier is mineral oil and pressing liquid is emulsion. Pressure multiplier with chamber with smaller diameter is connected through mains to tanks for pressing liquid and with supercharge mains – to collector that is connected with mains to filling block. Application of the installation for pressure testing of equipment makes it possible to perform hydro-tests at high pressure (up to 105 MPa) with use of cheap and ecologically pure liquid, emulsion, for tests, and to increase term of operation of installation and its economy, to increase culture of production and ecological safety. |
