The invention concerns hard-facing, especially powder wires, which are used at multilayer hidden arc welding of working surfaces of the components, which work under metal-metal friction conditions without lubricant, for example the rollers of roller conveyers, different axes, shafts, crane wheels etc. Into a powder wire for hidden arc welding, which consists of a steel shell and a powdery charge, containing ferrochromium, ferromanganese, ferrosilicon, iron powder, into the composition of charge zirconium dioxide ZrОand sodium fluosilicate NaSiFare added; moreover the components of wire are taken in the ratio (mass fraction %):ferrochromium 0.3-1.5ferromanganese0.8-1.5ferrosilicon0.5-1.5iron powder5.0-10.0sodium fluosilicate + zirconium dioxide6.0-10.0steel shellremainder.The invention provides for improvement of separability of slag coverage and formation of a bead at high temperatures at hidden arc welding, improvement of the quality of hard-facing and increase of the productivity. |
