FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to medical suture filaments and can be used for jointing tissues in various surgical operations. Suture filament comprises elongated body and multiple agnails extending from the filament body. Each agnail reacts against suture filament motion in direction opposite to that of agnails. Agnails can be arranged staggered, or represent multiple spirals in notches in twisted state, or overlapped, or random. Configuration of agnails can feature a certain angle of spirality, agnail notch angle, agnail notch depth, agnail notch length, distance between notches, as well as fluted lower side of agnails, arc-like base of agnails or different sixe of agnails. ^ EFFECT: optimized arrangement and/or configuration of agnails adds to suture filament efficiency. ^ 136 cl, 29 tbl, 13 dwg |
