FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction and road engineering machine building, namely, to earth movers of bulldoser type with a rotary blade. Bulldoser comprises basic machine and the following components installed on it - pushing frame with rotary blade, connected to basic machine by means of draft hinged joints of lifting and lowering cylinders. At the same time, pushing frame is connected to blade by means of central spherical hinged joint and side pushers. Side pushers on each side consist of draft links and sliders arranged with the possibility of support and displacement on guides fixed on pusher frame. At the same time side pushers are arranged in the form of upper and lower drafts. Upper drafts are arranged in the form of double-sided individually controlled hydraulic cylinders with spherical hinged joints for their connection to blade and lower drafts of pushers. Sliders of pushers have nuts and are kinematically connected to two self-braking lead screws, installed on pushing frame with drive from reversible individually controlled hydraulic motors, with the possibility of their rotation in different sides. ^ EFFECT: compact and reliable mechanism of blade position change in plan with provision of rational angle of its rotation and stepless control of cutting angles and transverse distortion of blade. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
