FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. Osteotomised fragments of proximal phalanx of hallux are matched. The holes are formed therein at angle gonyectyposis. The legs of prepared staggered flat-topped are inserted into the formed holes in distal and proximal fragments of proximal phalanx of hallux.
