FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petroleum geophysics and can be used for definition of angles of spatial orientation of wells. For this in casing of device for control of parametres of well path there are implemented inlet and outlet channels and is located sensing element of pendulum-type for measurement of azimuth, zenith angle and installation angle of whipstock, implemented in the form of sphere with shifted downwards by center of gravity, in which there are installed two perpendicular to each other magnetic systems and damping element. On the opposite side of poles of both magnetic systems there are installed flux-gate metres. Additionally in the capacity of damping element it is used located on concave area inside the sphere granular solid nonmagnetic material. ^ EFFECT: increasing steadiness to temperature changing and widening of functional capabilities. ^ 1 dwg
