LIQUID CRYSTAL SEALING AGENT, AND (METH)ACRYLATE ESTER COMPOUND USED IN THE SEALING AGENT AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE COMPOUND

PURPOSE: A (meth)acrylic acid ester compound and a crystal sealing agent containing the same are provided to produce a liquid crystal display panel with excellent display property. CONSTITUTION: A (meth)acrylic acid ester compound is denoted by the general formula(B). In the general formula B, X1 is alkylene group of 3-4 carbon atoms, X2 is alkylene group of 2-4 carbon atoms. A method for preparing (meth)acrylic acid ester compound of the general formula (B) comprises: a process of performing esterification of compounds of the general formulas (Im), (L1m), and (L2m) in non-halogen solvent under the presence of tertiary amine; a process of segregating halogenations hydrogen; a process of filtering reacted mixture; a step of washing reacted mixture with alkali solution; and a washing organic phase with pure water.
