The device has a support (2) provided on an aluminum plate (1) for housing a washer (3), and a lateral extension for housing a pen. Two lateral rectangles (6) are folded towards a lower part of the plate and form a dovetail in front side for ensuring stability of the device. The washer is introduced in an anti-theft orifice of a trolley. The length and width of each rectangle is 50 mm and 20 mm, respectively.
