<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory device having an improved transmission speed. <P>SOLUTION: In the memory device which includes: a circuit board including mounting surfaces as upper and lower surfaces parallel to each other; a plug including an insulating main body, a plurality of conductive terminals held by the insulating main body and a shell for covering the insulating main body to be connected to one end of the circuit board; and a housing for enclosing the circuit board, the plurality of conductive terminals include a first terminal and a second terminal, the first terminal includes a flat plate-shaped first contact part for exposing a receiving space and a first connection part connected to one end of the circuit board, the second terminal includes an elastic second contact part exposing in the receiving space and a second connection part connected to one end of the circuit board, and the flat plate-shaped first contact part and the elastic second contact part of the conductive terminal are located at an upper wall of a tongue piece and arranged in two front and back lines in the direction into engagement with a target device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
