<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce residue having the low content of chlorine by dechlorinating chlorine discharged from a chlorine-containing waste plastic and various kind mixed waste plastic in a dry distillation step and removing dechlorinated hydrogen chloride. <P>SOLUTION: Hydrogen chloride liquefied and gasified in the waste plastic dry distillation apparatus having liquefaction function and dechlorination is collected and cooled to be liquefied by spraying water to the gasified hydrogen chloride. particularly, hydrochloric acid is recycled by continuously repeating blowing the cooled and atomized liquid to the hydrogen chloride gas and collecting and cooling thereby obtaining a prescribed hydrochloric acid concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
