<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof moisture-permeable fabric which exhibits an appearance superior in the idea that cut fibers glare with shiningly by laminating resin layers containing the cut fibers and is suitable for such purposes as sport apparel, uniform apparel and raincoats, and to provide the apparel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The waterproof moisture-permeable fabric is characterized in that a waterproof moisture-permeable layer is laminated on one side of a fabric, and further a resin layer containing the cut fibers is laminated partially or fully thereon.
