Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the mounting structure, a substrate 1 and an FPC 7 are electrically connected to each other through respective terminals. As a first terminal, the terminal 62 of the substrate 1 has at least three terminal parts (62a, 62b, and 62c) arranged spaced from each other, and at least one terminal part 62b that is located inside among the terminal parts, is electrically connected to the terminal of the FPC 7. A higher potential is applied to the first terminal of the substrate 1 than to the other terminals 62 disposed on both sides of the first terminal. In this case, since the same potential is applied to the at least three terminal parts of the first terminal, the potential difference becomes roughly 0 V between at least the one terminal part 62b that is located inside among the at least three terminal parts of the first terminal, and the terminal parts (62a and 62c) that are adjacent to the other terminals 62 and located on the outmost side.
