<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to safely and simply set wireless LAN and settle charges for using a public wireless LAN service and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An access point for providing a charged network connection service is provided with a near field communication (NFC) function to settle charges on line. That is, the communication system has a function to establish wireless LAN connection in an NFC system of WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) and, by combining an identification number unique to a wireless LAN terminal with an identification number to be used for payment for authentication of WPS, suppresses risks of a man-in-the-middle attack due to the near field communication and leak of authentication information by WPS technology. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
