<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the trouble that demand of a product in which an inlet for an RFID is inserted into paper constituting a card to be used for a park entrance certificate or a facility use certificate for the purpose of forgery prevention is expected, however an antenna element of a UHF band RFID is relatively large-sized, and when it is mounted in the small park entrance certificate or facility use certificate and the certificate is held over a reader antenna, a tag antenna section may be covered, so that this causes trouble in system operation together with a short communication distance. <P>SOLUTION: In an inlet for an RFID to be used while being held in the hand, antenna element is branched into four or more in spite of a dipole antenna structure and at the same time, a layout is provided that is considered to prevent two or more branches from being picked up simultaneously.
