<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information to which a current position is reflected to a cellular phone terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The system for automatically distributing information includes: a mobile portal server 004 for receiving positional information of a cellular phone terminal 001 by a GPS satellite 100, an identification ID identifying the cellular phone terminal 001, and cellular phone terminal information including a schedule input to the cellular phone terminal 001; a schedule management server 009 for storing job schedule information; a data synchronization server 005 for creating presence information by merging the cellular phone terminal information and the job schedule information; a client database server 007 storing therein client data including client addresses; and a data comparison server 006 in which presence information is compared with client data and when positional information of the cellular phone terminal 001 in the presence information and the client address of client data are within a predetermined distance, client information relating to the client data is transmitted to the cellular phone terminal 001.
